规划发展处是2000年9月份省级机关机构改革后新成立的处,是以行业发展处为基础,将原科技处、外经处、企管财务处的部分职能合并在一起组建而成,主要人员由原行业发展处全体人员和科技处部分同志,新成立的规划处人员组成为:刘卫东处长、丁明调研员、李传芬副处长、邢一萍副处长,刘平助理调研员,李庆文、曲国强、陈雯为主任科员,陈险峰为副主任科员。
The Planning and Development Division was established in September 2000 as a newly established office of the provincial authorities. It is based on the Industry Development Branch and is composed of the former functions of the Science and Technology Department, the Institute of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Finance and Accounting Office. The major components Personnel from the former Industry Development Office of all staff and science and technology department of some comrades, the newly formed Planning Department staff composed of: Liu Weidong, Ding Ming researcher, Li Chuanfen Deputy Director, Xing Yiping deputy director, Liu Ping assistant researcher, Li Qingwen, Qu Guoqiang, Chen Wen as the chief clerk, Chen Xianfeng deputy chief clerk.
