分离提取烟碱样胆碱受体,免疫家兔造成重症肌无力。从石杉科(Huperziaceae)植物华南马尾杉或千层塔中分离得到福定碱(fordine),药理试验证明是一种新结构类型的可逆性胆碱酯酶抑制剂。家兔sc 10—25μg/kg或po 50μg/kg肌无力症状得到良好的控制。优于新斯的明,且副作用较小。病兔经治疗后肌电位及肌肉收缩幅度可以恢复并能维持强直收缩,疗效十分明显。福定碱的异构体也有类似的作用。试验还证明,ip10μg/kg或po 20μg/kg福定碱明显增强大白鼠学习、记忆效能,效果明显优于依色林。
