娃娃鱼资源保护、增殖、利用是水产科研的一个热点,也是农业产业化重点开发品种。虽然娃娃鱼人工繁殖技术获得了初步成功,但娃娃鱼规模化繁殖技术还没有取得突破。是什么原因影响了娃娃鱼规模化繁殖呢?我们认为主要有两种制约因素:一是雄性娃娃鱼成熟率低及精子活力差;二是雌雄娃娃鱼性腺发育不同步。本文简要介绍其技术,旨在保护、增殖、利用娃娃鱼资源。
Conservation, proliferation and utilization of salamander resources are a hot topic in aquatic scientific research and are also key development varieties of agricultural industrialization. Although salamander artificially breed technology has achieved initial success, but the giant salamander breeding technology has not made a breakthrough. What are the reasons for the scale of giant salamander breeding it? We think there are two main constraints: First, the maturity rate of male salamander and sperm poor vitality; second, male and female salamander gonadal development is not synchronized. This article briefly describes its technology, aimed at protecting, multiplying and utilizing the salamander’s resources.
