党章是党的根本大法,具有最高党法效力和最高权威地位。作为党活动的总规程、总决议,党章同党的整体活动紧密联系。近日,中共中央党校教授叶笃初就党章中关于选举的相关规定接受了《瞭望》新闻周刊的采访。叶笃初教授是著名党章研究专家,致力于党章和党内法规制度研究20余年,有多部关于党章的专著,曾参与党的十四大修改党章文字起草工作。
