在凸轮轴中频淬火机床上,控制工件行程的装置是一个关键的部件。我厂原使用的行程装置是由若干个微型开关组成,其灵敏度低,淬火质量不稳定。后来我们采用光电控制,满足了工艺要求取得了良好的技术经济效益。图1是我厂凸轮淬火机床,图2是我厂自行设计的光电控制行程装置。 1.光电控制行程的原理将光电继电器的发射头和接收头安装在控制板的两侧,通过卷扬机驱动滑块和工件,使发射头、接收头、工件和接触器等速运动。当工件的淬火部位进入感应器的最佳位置时,发射头、接收头和控制板上相应的控制孔对通,电刷与相应的接触器接通,(见图2)。发射头的光经过小孔进入接收头,使光
In the camshaft IF quenching machine, the control of the workpiece stroke device is a key component. I used to plant the original trip device is composed of a number of micro-switches, the sensitivity is low, the quenching quality is not stable. Later, we adopted photoelectric control to meet the technical requirements and achieved good technical and economic benefits. Figure 1 is my factory cam quenching machine, Figure 2 is my own plant designed photoelectric control trip device. 1. Photoelectric control of the principle of the trip The photoelectric relay transmitter and receiver mounted on both sides of the control panel, through the hoist drive slider and the workpiece, the launch head, receiver, workpiece and contactor constant speed movement.
