对试飞阶段外场维护故障信息进行提炼,建立了基于专家知识的飞机排故系统,节省排故时间,提高故障诊断效率。针对已有故障,分析同一故障描述下多种隔离方法无法选择的问题,提出了基于信息库的灰色关联优化模型。针对新兴故障无从下手、排故效率低、周期长的问题,建立了基于电子交互维护手册(IEMM)的故障诊断系统。本文故障诊断系统可保证维护人员在故障发生时更有效地分析故障原因、隔离方法,提高自主排故及外场维护能力。
The fault information of outfield maintenance during the flight test stage is refined and an aircraft troubleshooting system based on expert knowledge is established to save the time for troubleshooting and improve the fault diagnosis efficiency. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper analyzes the problem that many kinds of isolation methods can not be selected under the same fault description, and proposes a gray relational optimization model based on information base. In order to solve the problem that emerging faults can not be started, the efficiency is low and the cycle is long, a fault diagnosis system based on IEMM is established. The fault diagnosis system in this paper can ensure that maintenance personnel can analyze the cause of failure and isolation method more effectively when the fault occurs, and improve the capability of autonomous troubleshooting and field maintenance.
