2004年12月,上海市教委正式颁布上海市中小学7个学习领域的20种《学科课程标准(试行稿)》,并指出课程标准是教师教学的指南。经过几年的学习和实践,课程标准已经成为教师教学活动一个不可或缺的因素。然而,目前也有一种现象不容忽视,即不少教师对课程标准中的一些语句可以信手拈来,也会按照课程标准的框架来进行教学设计,但是在真正的教学活动中却与课程标准的理念相背离。那么,我们怎样来认识课程标准的实现过程?目前教师的教学在落实课程标准上存在着怎样的问题?这些问题可以怎样来解决?
In December 2004, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission formally promulgated 20 “Subject Course Standards (Trial Version)” in 7 learning areas in Shanghai primary and secondary schools, and pointed out that the curriculum standards are teachers’ teaching guidelines. After several years of study and practice, curriculum standards have become an indispensable factor for teachers’ teaching activities. However, there is a phenomenon that can not be ignored at present: Many teachers can handle the instruction in the curriculum standard with ease and follow the framework of the curriculum standard. However, in the real teaching activities, they are related to the concept of curriculum standards. Deviation. Then, how do we come to understand the process of the implementation of curriculum standards? At present, what are the problems in the implementation of curriculum standards for teachers’ teaching and how can these problems be solved?
