随着中国经济进入新常态发展,中国汽车制造业也步入新常态,中国亟待实现汽车大国向汽车强国的转变。本文以中国汽车整车制造业作为研究对象,从集中度演变角度入手,分析中国汽车整车制造业集中度的变化和主要影响因素,利用上市整车生产企业数据对中国入世以来集中度影响因素进行实证分析。中国汽车制造业集中度呈“U”型变化,20世纪90年以来,集中度处于缓慢提高中。中国汽车制造业集中度与汽车强国的差距较大。中国汽车生产企业数量众多,形成了以合资企业为生产主体,外资品牌为主要销售品牌的格局。中国汽车制造业集中度演变是政策性因素、市场环境因素、市场行为因素综合作用的结果。实证结果显示,政策性因素、外商直接投资、企业规模、市场规模对集中度影响显著。为加快实现向汽车强国的转变和有效应对经济新常态的变化,应充分发挥政策性因素,通过政策引导推动汽车企业加大产业内并购力度,实现资源整合;政府部门进一步提高进入壁垒降低退出壁垒,实现集中度的快速提高。中国汽车企业应加大技术创新投入,充分发挥中国大型汽车集团的示范带动作用。汽车企业应抓住“一带一路”发展契机,积极开拓新的市场,实现中国汽车制造业的国际化经营。
As China’s economy enters a new normal development, China’s automobile manufacturing industry has also entered a new normal and China is in urgent need of realizing the transformation from a major automobile power to a powerful auto power. In this paper, China’s automobile manufacturing industry as a research object, starting from the perspective of concentration, analysis of China’s automobile manufacturing industry concentration changes and main influencing factors, the use of listed vehicle manufacturers data on China’s accession to the WTO since the concentration of factors conduct empirical research. Concentration of automobile manufacturing in China has been “U” type of change, 90 years since the 20th century, the concentration is slowly increasing. The gap between the concentration of China’s automobile manufacturing industry and the power of the automobile industry is large. The large number of Chinese automobile manufacturers, formed a joint venture as the main production, foreign brands as the main brand sales pattern. The concentration evolution of China’s automobile manufacturing industry is the result of the combined effect of policy factors, market environment factors and market behavior factors. Empirical results show that the policy factors, foreign direct investment, enterprise size, market size have a significant impact on concentration. In order to speed up the transformation to a powerful auto country and effectively cope with changes in the new economic normalization, we should give full play to the policy-related factors, promote the automobile enterprises to increase their M & A efforts through policy guidance and realize the integration of resources; government departments should further increase barriers to entry and reduce barriers to exit , To achieve a rapid increase in concentration. Chinese auto companies should increase investment in technological innovation, give full play to China’s large automobile group demonstration lead role. Auto companies should seize the development opportunity of “Belt and Road” and actively explore new markets so as to realize the international operation of China’s automobile manufacturing industry.
