公路工程是一项繁琐的、工程量较大的、涉及方面较广的工程。在对此项工程进行施工过程中需要消耗较多的成本,并且容易造成成本浪费,这对于企业经济效益的提高有很大影响。为此,在进行公路工程建设过程中常开展成本管理工作,以此来控制和监督工程成本的运用。但现今我国成本管理的实施效果不佳,无法有效的发挥其管理的作用。本文就公路工程成本管理进行详细的分析,进而探讨有效的成本控制措施。
