在WC-10%Ni硬质合金中,采用常规硬质合金生产工艺,以不同的VC添加量进行了试验。加入适量的VC可以使合金在常温下由铁磁性变为顺磁性,同时硬度也有一定的提高,抗弯强度在VC加入量较少时(<1.0%)基本维持不变。添加VC使合金发生磁性转变的机理,主要是VC溶入Ni中形成固溶体,扩大了Ni的晶格常数,减弱了电子间的交换作用。
In WC-10% Ni cemented carbide, the conventional cemented carbide production process was used, and different VC additions were tested. The addition of the proper amount of VC can make the alloy change from ferromagnetic to paramagnetic at room temperature, and the hardness increases to a certain extent. The flexural strength basically remains unchanged when less VC is added (<1.0%). The mechanism of adding VC to make the alloy undergo magnetic transformation is that the VC dissolves in Ni to form a solid solution, which enlarges the lattice constant of Ni and weakens the exchange effect between the electrons.
