城市规划中的工程造价管理,关系到政府的战略决策和施工建设单位的利益。城市规划工程造价的控制和管理过程中受到的影响因素较多。本文从工程实际出发,分析城市规划工程造价的地理环境信息影响因素,提出控制城市规划造价管理的措施,充分考虑城市地下管网、地质水文、周边环境等地理环境因素的影响和制约,因地制宜,合理控制,严格监管,抑制工程造价与地理环境之间的不确定因素的影响,为城市规划工程提供参考。
