作为上海世博会期间的重要科技成果展示,上海奥威科技开发有限公司的自主研发产品——超级电容新能源客车一亮相,就立刻成为社会各界的关注热点。61辆超级电容城市客车在上海世博会期间,经历了超高强度、超大客流、高温高湿、复杂环境等考验,累计行驶超过120万公里,完成载客超过4000万人次,交出了一份令人满意的答卷。然而就是这样一个处于快速成长期并具有广阔发展前景的新能源产业领跑者,随着上海世博会的结束,却面临着“墙内开花墙外香”的尴尬状况,经过10多年研发和市场成熟运用的超级电容新能源客车,虽然突破了关键材料、热管理和电均衡等产业核心技术,产品达到了国际领先水平,并即将出口到美国等国家和香港境外地区,然而在上海却始终难以得到全面推广运用。这引发了笔者对如何促进民营中小企业健康快速发展的思考。
