近年来,管理层收购在我国逐渐试行并兴起。它可以有效的降低代理成本,实现企业家价值,是实施产权制度改革的良方,是完善企业治理结构的有效途径。我国的管理层收购主要实施于国有企业,在民营企业中案例较少。但各种收购热潮在不断延续,相信未来会有更多民营企业选择管理层收购方式来进行融资,以更好地发展企业。
In recent years, MBO has been gradually piloted in our country and arisen. It can effectively reduce agency costs and realize the value of entrepreneurs. It is a good way to implement the reform of property rights system and an effective way to improve the corporate governance structure. China’s management buyout is mainly implemented in state-owned enterprises, fewer cases in private enterprises. However, the upsurge of various acquisitions continues, I believe in the future there will be more private enterprises to choose management buyout approach to financing, in order to better develop the business.
