塔里木盆地经过长时间的沉积,经历了多期构造运动,发育多个二级构造,盆地内地层发育差异较大,部分地区奥陶系发育了巨厚的碳酸盐岩储层,储存了丰富的油气资源。奥陶系储层非均质性强,以缝隙、缝洞型储层为主,好的储层极易发生放空与漏失,不同地层压力系数也有差异,容易引起地层垮塌,造成卡钻事故,所以奥陶系风化壳卡取的准确非常重要。经过多口井的实钻经验总结,录井现场技术人员总结出,PDC钻头破碎的岩屑形态及地震图在卡层中的应用,圆满地完成录井卡层任务。
