短跑是一项历史比较悠久的运动项目,也是田径比赛当中比较基础的一项运动项目。短跑项目对身体和跑动技术要求都很高,因此短跑运动者在进行训练的时候,都会很重视身体肌肉的训练。提高短跑速度,就要提高身体承受这种速度的能力。短跑项目是属于速度力量性的项目,因此短跑运动员的力量就属于快速力量。短跑项目的特点就要求了短跑运动员在跑动过程当中,运动员的全身肌肉的协调运作,从上肢的摆动到下肢带再到下肢的跑动,一些列的动作都是协调快速的发力,对于上肢和下肢的力量的协调就必须要求有一个更好的桥梁来传输这种快速力量,这就要求下肢带肌肉的强大。只有强大的下肢带肌肉群。才会比较有效的让技术动作协调,让下肢的摆动更快速,幅度更大。自然才会有提高成绩的可能。研究运用文献资料、专家调查法,收集和整理有关短跑运动员下肢带肌群的专项力量训练手段,对下肢带肌群在短跑途中跑的作用进行相关的分析。希望在此基础上对短跑运动员下肢带肌群的专项力量训练手段有一些帮助。
