针对传统手动控制浇注已不能满足现代铸造生产要求的实际,发展了精确的定量浇注。阐述了自动浇注过程中质量定量法、容积定量法、时间定量法、电极控制定量法、“示教再现”控制定量法、图像处理控制定量法等定量浇注控制方法。为铸造过程中自动定量浇注系统的研制和应用提供参考。
In view of the fact that the traditional manual control pouring can not meet the requirements of modern foundry production, accurate quantitative pouring has been developed. The methods of quantitative pouring control, such as mass quantification method, volumetric quantification method, time quantitative method, electrode control quantitative method, “teaching reproduction” control quantitative method and image processing control quantitative method, are described. It provides a reference for the research and application of automatic quantitative casting system in casting process.
