离职的时候,最能看出一个人的责任感。离职时如果让自己经手的工作不留下半个污点,这包含了对他人的理解,及对工作的一种尊重,最重要的是,保留了自己的好名声。想想看,接手你工作的人如果觉得什么都不清不楚,对你的评价有多差?职场其实比你想象的要小,尤其在同一行业中转职,耳语很快就会传到新雇主那里。如果你离职时无法处理得漂亮干净,难保不会对下一个工作造成影响。所以,无论你对这个环境产生多大的不满,离开时交接清楚,是一个好员工的基本修养。
When leaving, most can see a person’s sense of responsibility.
