目的 探讨传统式和腹腔镜手术方式在治疗精索静脉曲张方面的并发症发生情况.方法 选取进行手术治疗的60例精索静脉曲张的患者,随机分成观察组30例,对照组30例,给予对照组传统手术方式治疗,给予观察组腹腔镜手术方式治疗,对比两组患者的并发症发生情况.结果 对照组并发症发生6例,2例为精索水肿,2例为出现局部皮肤的疼痛,1例出现睾丸的萎缩,1例复发,并发症发生率20.0%;观察组并发症发生1例,为精索水肿,并发症发生率3.3%.两组患者在并发症发生率上具有显著性差异( χ2=10.58,P
