目前,我国很多地区小学升初中采取微机派位升学方式。这一方式虽然旨在促进教育公平,但是通过对微机派位的缘起、存在的问题及其实施情况的分析来看,其促进公平的初衷并未实现。因此,为了使这一方式的实施更加科学、公平和有效,基于学生的学习能力、动机和目标等差异,建立一种满足学生个性化需要的、学生本位的多元化升学方式迫在眉睫。与此同时,增强教育行政部门组织能力、重视微机派位的服务对象以及合理配置学校资源等相关举措的实施也势在必行。
At present, primary schools in many parts of our country have adopted the method of computer placement by junior high schools. Although this approach aims to promote education fairness, the original intention of promoting fairness has not been realized through the analysis of the origin, existing problems and implementation of the microcomputer. Therefore, in order to make the implementation of this method more scientific, fair and effective, based on the difference of students’ learning ability, motivation and goal, it is urgent to establish a student-based diversification way to meet the individual needs of students. At the same time, it is also imperative to enhance the organizational capacity of educational administrations, attach more importance to the clients of computers and allocate school resources and other related measures.
