本文利用同步记录心电图(ECG)、心音图(PCG)和肺血流图(ΔZ)及其一阶微分图形(dz/df),测定了75名正常人和13名早期矽肺患者的右心室收缩时间间期(RSTI);同时利用同步记录 ECG、PCG 和颈动脉搏动图(CPT),测定了16名正常人和13名早期矽肺病人的左心室收缩时间间期(STI)。结果表明:正常人性别对 RSTI 各参数无显著影响,早期矽肺患者的右室收缩功能下降,主要表现在 RVET 明显缩短(P<0.01)和 RPEP/RVET 大幅度增加(P<0.05)。早期矽肺病人的左心室收缩功能有下降趋势,但统计学无明显改变。
In this study, we measured the right ventricular systolic (RV) systolic and diastolic velocities in 75 normal subjects and 13 early silicosis patients by synchronously recording electrocardiogram (ECG), phonocardiogram (PCG) and pulmonary blood flow diagram (ΔZ) and their first derivative profiles (dz / df) Time interval (RSTI). Simultaneous recording of left ventricular systolic time (STI) was performed in 16 normal subjects and 13 early silicosis patients by simultaneous recording of ECG, PCG and carotid pulsation diagram (CPT). The results showed that the normal human gender had no significant effect on the parameters of RSTI, and the RV function in early stage of silicosis decreased significantly (P <0.01) and RPEP / RVET increased significantly (P <0.05). Early patients with silicosis of left ventricular systolic function has a downward trend, but no significant change in statistics.
