为了保证所设计的机械制造系统(MMS)能够获得最大的经济效益,必须对系统进行合理的规划设计。本文首先引入MMS规则设计中的几点原则,以及计算机仿真涉及到的生产调度问题及其决策规则,论述各生产调度规则在Petri网模型中的实现方法。并对Petri网运行中的冲突问题引入了解决冲突的规则。其次,基于包括工件流和刀具流的MMS的Petri网模型,根据最小事件时间推进原理,实现Petri网模型的计算机动态仿真,即实现MMS的计算机动态仿真。最后,将仿真程序应用于仿真实例,从而有效地评价MMS的规划设计方案。
In order to ensure that the design of the mechanical manufacturing system (MMS) to maximize economic benefits, the system must be a reasonable planning and design. This article first introduces some principles in the design of MMS rules, as well as the production scheduling problems and decision rules involved in computer simulation, and discusses the production scheduling rules in the Petri net model. And introduces the rules for conflict resolution in the operation of Petri nets. Secondly, based on the Petri net model of MMS including workflow and tool flow, the computer dynamic simulation of Petri net model is realized according to the principle of minimum event time advancement, that is to realize the computer dynamic simulation of MMS. Finally, the simulation program is applied to simulation examples, so as to effectively evaluate the planning and design of MMS.
