Leishmania mexicana is a pro-skin parasite that causes localized or diffuse cutaneous lesions. It has been observed in the past that 15 of the 20 rodents inoculated with the virulent Leishmania mexicana Amazon strain did not develop skin lesions. The analysis suggests that it may be because Amazon strains are very sensitive to the ambient temperature. To prove this point, the author conducted a systematic study. The Leishmania mexican amazonian strain was taken from the Delhi National Institute of Infectious Diseases. Experimental leishmania promastigotes body larval age are 6 days. A total of three experiments.
