目的 :对白花蛇舌草胶囊进行定性定量方法的研究。方法 :用高效液相法 ( HPL C)对处方中丹参主要活性成分之一丹参酮 A 进行定量和定性测定 ,对白花蛇舌草中的齐墩果酸进行薄层色谱 ( TL Cs)鉴定。结果 :用所建立的 HPL C法测定三批次样品丹参酮 A的含量分别为 0 .0 3 64 % ,0 .0 3 60 % ,0 .0 3 73 %。 TL Cs能够专属地鉴别白花蛇舌草内的齐墩果酸。结论 :本文采用的方法灵敏、简单、专属性强
Objective : To study the qualitative and quantitative method of Hedyotis diffusa. Methods: Quantitative and qualitative determination of tanshinone A, one of the main active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, was performed by HPLC method (HPL C). Thin-layer chromatography (TLCs) of oleanolic acid in Hedyotis diffusa was identified. RESULTS : The HPL C method was used to determine the contents of tanshinone A in three batches of samples, which were 0. 03 64%, 0. 0 3 60%, and 0. 0 3 73%, respectively. TL Cs can uniquely identify oleanolic acid in Hedyotis diffusa. Conclusion: The method used in this paper is sensitive, simple, and highly specialized.
