通过培养基混药法研究了芸香苷的诱导作用对棉铃虫羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶2种解毒酶的影响。芸香苷能够诱导棉铃虫羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性增加,并且随着取食代数的增加解毒酶的活性也不断提高。用不同剂量的甲基对硫磷处理芸香苷种群后,测定存活下来的棉铃虫羧酸酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性,结果选择剂量的甲基对硫磷能够使芸香苷种群棉铃虫两种解毒酶的活性大幅度提高。
The effects of rutin on two kinds of detoxification enzymes of carboxylesterase and glutathione-S-transferase of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) were studied by medium mixing method. Rutin could induce the increase of activity of carboxylesterase and glutathione-S-transferase in cotton bollworm and the activity of detoxifying enzyme increased with the increase of feeding algebra. After treatment of the rutin population with different doses of methyl parathion, the viability of the H. armigera carboxylesterase and glutathione-S-transferase was determined and as a result a selected dose of methyl parathion was able to cause rue Glycoside Population Helicoverpa armigera two detoxification enzyme activity increased significantly.
