胎膜早破指临产前胎膜全层(绒毛膜和羊膜)发生自然破裂,破膜后一小时内未发动临产者。胎膜早破是早产及围产儿死亡的常见原因之一。现对我院近两年来发生胎膜早破的200例孕妇结合临床资料就其病因作一回顾性分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 资料来源:我院1998年1月至1999年12月住院分娩的胎膜早破200例,孕周分布在31至42周,其中孕周37周以下者10例占5％;37周以上者占
