目的 了解上海市心理咨询中心门诊初诊咨客的咨询问题分布。方法 对2001年5月-2002年11月32位专家的门诊登记进行统计分析。结果 调查咨客7487倒,其中重性精神障碍1161例(21.52%),轻性精神障碍3624例(48.40%),一般心理问题2252例(30.08%)。结论 咨询问题以轻性精神障碍较为突出,一般心理问题涉及范围较广,诊断分类名称不统一。心理咨询应建立一套统一的诊断或分类名称,以便于提高信息处理和交流。
Objective To understand the distribution of consultation questions for newly diagnosed consultants in outpatient clinics in Shanghai Psychological Counseling Center. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on outpatient registration of 32 experts from May 2001 to November 2002. Results A total of 7487 patients were surveyed, 1161 (21.52%) with severe mental disorders, 3624 (48.40%) with mild mental disorders and 2252 (30.08%) with general psychological problems. Conclusions Consultation questions are more prominent in mental disorders, general psychological problems involve a wider range, and diagnostic classification names are not uniform. Psychological counseling should establish a uniform set of diagnostic or classification names to facilitate information processing and communication.
