Information from the industry tells us the fact that the reality of China’s technological innovation runs counter to China’s protection of intellectual property rights. The more stringent the protection is, the harder it is for Chinese indigenous technological innovations. Why is it lost in China as a protection of intellectual property for the purpose of encouraging innovation?
