目的探讨高尿酸血症与冠心病的关系。方法采用尿酸酶法对42例冠心病患者和30例健康对照者的血清尿酸进行测定。结果病患组的尿酸水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症与冠心病间存在着密切关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease. Methods Uricase was used to determine the serum uric acid in 42 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 healthy controls. Results The uric acid level in patients was higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease.
