目的制作氧气湿化瓶清洗消毒架,以解决湿化瓶自动清洗机清洗问题。方法根据氧气湿化瓶大小形状自行设计制作清洗消毒架,并进行了实际使用观察。结果经实际使用证明,将大量湿化瓶固定在清洗架上进机实现自动化清洗消毒,使每个氧气湿化瓶内外都充分与清洗剂和水流接触,确保了清洗消毒质量的稳定性,有效避免了人工清洗时工序多、省时省力,提高了工作效率。结论该清洗消毒架基本解决了氧气湿化瓶自动清洗消毒的问题,经实际使用证明效果良好。
