重卡市场竞争环境日益激烈。面临复杂多变的市场需求环境,老牌企业与新进入企业在产品定位、用户挖掘、营销策略等方面的竞争实力此消彼长。1991年,我国卡车产量为45万辆,1992年增长到63万辆,1993年达到77万辆,1992—2000年的9年间,我国卡车产量一直在60万辆级和70万辆级的水平徘徊,9年的平均增长率只有6.8%,而此间我国国民经济发展恰呈现“2+7”特征,
