二十多年的改革、开放一方面促进了我国农村经济的大发展,另一方面也促进了农民的思想意识和价值观念的转变.当前,在我国广大农村出现了一个突出的现象,就是农民的政治参与意识比以前增强了,应引起我们的高度重视和认真研究.这里所说的农民政治参与是指作为社会主义民主政治最广泛的主体广大农民群众通过投票选举、诉讼等形式参与政治生活,表达自己的愿望,维护自己的切身利益,并试图影响各级部门决策的行为.
