目的:为研究元胡止痛制剂的物质基础并建立其特征图谱,比较不同剂型间差异。方法:采用液-质联用(LC-MS)技术,通过质谱信息结合文献报道,分离鉴定了15个化合物;并在此基础上建立了元胡止痛系列制剂的特征图谱,比较了5种不同剂型的元胡止痛制剂特征图谱。结果:元胡止痛制剂化学成分主要包括生物碱及香豆素两大类。建立元胡止痛系列制剂的特征图谱,方法准确可靠,各剂型间比较结果差异显著。结论:该研究阐明了元胡止痛制剂的化学组成,为药效学研究提供了物质基础;比较不同剂型间差异,为剂型合理性研究奠定基础。建立元胡止痛系列制剂的特征图谱,可作为其整体质量评价依据。
Objective: To study the material foundation of Yuanhu analgesic preparation and establish its characteristic map to compare the differences between different dosage forms. METHODS: Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified by LC-MS and reported by mass spectrometry. Based on the results, the characteristics of Yuanhu analgesic preparations were compared. Five different compounds Formulation of Yuan Hu analgesic agent profile. Results: The chemical constituents of Yuanhu painkillers mainly include alkaloids and coumarins two categories. The characteristic map of Yuanhu analgesic series was established, the method was accurate and reliable, and there was significant difference between the different dosage forms. Conclusion: This study clarified the chemical composition of Yuanhu analgesic preparations, which provided the material basis for the study of pharmacodynamics. Compared with the differences among different dosage forms, it laid the foundation for the study of rationality of dosage forms. The establishment of Yuanhu analgesic series of characteristics of the map can be used as the basis for the overall quality evaluation.
