为了模清废热锅炉刺刀管换热元件中发生逆循环时的流动特性,我们建立了实验模型,进行了实验研究。在本文中给出了主要的实验结果,并进行了初步的分析和探讨.实验结果表明,刺刀管换热元件的端头局部阻力只与其几何结构参数(如D/d、h/d等)有关,而与工质的流动参数无关.从而说明了模型试验研究对实际工程设计的可行性.此外,本文还从工质流动特性上讨论了刺刀管式废热锅炉发生逆循环对于设备安全运行的影响.
In order to clarify the flow characteristics of reverse heat exchanger in the waste heat boiler bayonet tube, we set up the experimental model and conducted the experimental study. In this paper, the main experimental results are given, and the preliminary analysis and discussion are carried out.The experimental results show that the local resistance at the tip of the heat exchange element of bayonet pipe is only related to the geometric parameters (such as D / d, h / d, etc.) , And it has nothing to do with the flow parameters of the working fluid.Thus the feasibility of the model experimental research on the actual engineering design is demonstrated.Furthermore, this paper also discusses the reverse circulation of the bayonet tube waste heat boiler from the flow characteristics of the working fluid for the safe operation of the equipment influences.
