如果说国美的策略像刺,每刺一下都是致命的,那么苏宁的网络模式能把对手的每一次打击都依靠网的广度和弹性在无形中化解得无影无踪。但这仅仅是表面现象。国美、苏宁扮演的是新兴商业资本的角色,使长期以来市场经济格局主体缺位的问题得到解决,在表现手法上,并不是彼此合作形成合力,而是激烈的碰撞与竞争,国美、苏宁角力的本质意义即在于此。更让人关注的是,在全球化的席卷下,沃尔玛、家乐福等域外零售巨人正在虎视并逐步进入中国市场,在这种背景下,国美、苏宁角力的背后潜藏着国人渴盼国内零售商崛起的心愿。
