传统热凸度模型忽略了由轧辊轴向温差造成的径向剪应力的影响,而在接近带钢边部位置的轧辊相邻截面温差较大,此处热凸度计算曲线较实际曲线必然存在偏差。带钢轧制过程中存在跑偏现象,假设带钢偏离轧制中心线按正态分布,结合带钢跑偏对传统模型进行修正,使得在线仿真结果更接近于实际曲线。此模型方法简单,计算快捷,在板带轧机生产实践中具有重要的意义。
The traditional thermal convexity model neglects the influence of radial shear stress caused by axial temperature difference of the roll while the temperature difference between the adjacent sections of the roll close to the edge of the strip is larger than the actual curve deviation. In the process of strip rolling, there is deviation phenomenon. Suppose the strip deviates from the rolling center line and is in normal distribution, and the traditional model is modified with strip deviation, which makes the on-line simulation result closer to the actual curve. The method of this model is simple and computationally efficient, which is of great significance in the practice of strip rolling mill.
