191 2年初 ,蔡元培致函蒋梦麟 ,嘱其将自己所著《教育意见书》译为英文 ,并就改革中国教育行政发表意见。本件史料为蒋氏于同年 5月 1日的复函。
In early 2002, Cai Yuanpei sent a letter to Jiang Menglin asking him to translate his / her own “education submissions” into English and commenting on the reform of China’s education administration. This historical piece is Chiang’s reply dated May 1 of the same year.
