本文研究了腐植酸对红细胞及兔肾皮质细胞膜腺苷三磷酸酶(ATPase)活性的影响。发现腐植酸对人和兔红细胞的ATPase有明显抑制作用。离心分离红细胞膜,腐植酸对红细胞膜上的及胞液中的ATPase均有明显的抑制作用。改用酶活性较高的兔肾皮质细胞膜作为材料,发现腐植酸对肾皮质细胞膜上的Na~+,K~-ATPase与总ATPase活性都有抑制。这种抑制是可逆的、竞争性的。作者认为腐植酸具有的抗甲状腺素的作用与对体内Na~+,K~+-ATPase活性的抑制有关。
This study investigated the effects of humic acid on the activity of adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) in the red blood cell and rabbit kidney cortex. Humic acid was found to significantly inhibit ATPase in human and rabbit erythrocytes. The erythrocyte membrane was centrifuged and humic acid significantly inhibited ATPase in erythrocyte membrane and cytosol. Using rabbit kidney cortical cell membrane with high enzyme activity as material, it was found that humic acid inhibited Na~+, K~-ATPase and total ATPase activity in the renal cortex cell membrane. This inhibition is reversible and competitive. The authors believe that the effect of humic acid on anti-thyroid hormones is related to the inhibition of Na~+, K~+-ATPase activity in vivo.
