针对采用惯量电模拟技术的汽车同步器试验系统研制 ,通过探讨同步器试验的特点和技术要求 ,开发了以自寻优方法实现前馈预控参数整定的复合控制系统。试验结果表明 ,以自寻优方法整定预控参数进行复合控制 ,不仅简单实用 ,而且前馈补偿控制效果良好 ,充分满足了同步器试验系统的技术要求。
Aiming at the research of automobile synchronizer test system based on the inertia electric simulation technology, this paper develops a composite control system which realizes the tuning of the feedforward precontrol parameter by self-optimizing method by discussing the characteristics and technical requirements of the synchronizer test. The experimental results show that it is not only simple and practical, but also the feedforward compensation control effect is good and the technical requirements of the synchronizer test system are fully met.
