在当前永定河防洪工程体系和防洪标准条件下，为摸清永定河下游三～梁段的行洪和河势情况，开展了为期５年的定床、动床模型试验。所得的试验成果为永定河下游防洪采取应急工程和指导防汛抢险工作提供了科学依据。
Under the current Yongding River flood control system and flood control standard conditions, in order to find out the flood discharge and river conditions in the third ~ beam section of the lower reaches of the Yongding River, a five-year fixed bed and movable bed model test was carried out. The experimental results obtained provide a scientific basis for emergency engineering and flood control and emergency work in the lower reaches of Yongding River.
