世界各国目前设计新的四辊轧机,都主张增大支承辊直径,以提高轧机的刚度。但支承辊直径究竟增大到多少才算合适,大家正在研究。本文综合考虑支承辊和牌坊刚度的比例关系,提出了用数学分析法确定支承辊最佳直径的新方法,计算结果比目前国外文献所推荐的一些经验公式更准确。作者用此方法验算过武钢1700冷轧机和其他轧机的支承辊直径,发现用新方法计算比较符合实际情况。
At present, all countries in the world design new four-roll mills, all advocating increasing the diameter of the backup roll to increase the rigidity of the rolling mill. However, the diameter of the support roller increased to what is appropriate, we are studying. In this paper, a new method of determining the optimal diameter of backup roll by mathematical analysis is proposed by considering the proportional relationship between support roll and arch stiffness. The calculation results are more accurate than some empirical formulas recommended by foreign literature. Using this method, the author has calculated the diameter of the back-up roller of the 1700 cold rolling mill and other rolling mills of WISCO and found that the new method is more suitable for the actual situation.
