根据建设部的统一部署,工程建设标准化工作座谈会今天在美丽的哈尔滨召开了。这次会议是在新世纪刚刚开始、工程建设标准化工作面临新的历史发展时期的一次重要会议,也是近十几年来,第一次专门召开的由全国各省、市、自治区建设主管部门参加的会议,具有特殊的意义。参加这次会议的,除各地主管工程建设标准化工作的处(站)负责同志外,一些地方建设主管部门的厅局领导也亲临会议。在此,我代表建设部标准定额司,向到会的各位领导和同志们表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢!
According to the unified plan of the Ministry of Construction, the forum for standardization of construction projects was held today in the beautiful Harbin. This meeting was just started in the new century and the standardization of engineering construction was facing an important meeting during the period of new historical development. It was also the first meeting attended by construction authorities of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in the past decade or so , Has a special meaning.
