通过测定喂养富硒枸杞和普通枸杞大鼠的血硒含量、GSH-PX活性及血清MDA含量,对比观察了富硒枸杞对大鼠脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明,富硒枸杞组大鼠血硒含量为1.33nmol/L,GSH-PX活性为21.7U,均明显高于普通枸杞组的0.60nmol/L和10.3U(P<0.01);而前者血清MDA含量5.05μmol/L却显著低于普通枸杞组的6.39μmol/L(P<005)。提示富硒枸杞比普通枸杞具有较高的硒营养价值和较强的抗脂质过氧化能力,是一种良好的天然抗氧化剂。
By measuring the selenium content, GSH-PX activity and serum MDA content in rats fed selenium-enriched wolfberry and common pheasant, the effects of selenium-enriched wolfberry on lipid peroxidation in rats were observed. The results showed that selenium in selenium-enriched rats had 1.33 nmol/L selenium and GSH-PX activity 21.7 U, which were significantly higher than 0.60 nmol/L and 10.3 U in the common quail group (P<0. 01); The former serum MDA content 5.05μmol / L was significantly lower than the normal quinone group of 6.39μmol / L (P <005).
