科学发展观强调和谐与协调,在生产力水平不高的社会主义国家强制搞纯而又纯的公有制和计划经济,最终只会搞垮国民经济,甚至会葬送社会主义。苏联没有正确把握好生产力与生产关系、人与自然社会环境以及经济结构比例、速度与效益等之间的关系,导致了以上四个方面关系的严重失调,从而瓦解了苏联的经济,这是基于科学发展观的视角来看苏联国民经济崩溃的原因得出的结论。
The concept of scientific development emphasizes harmony and coordination.
