Objective: To explore the relationship between the blood type and the oxygen saturation (SaO2) in the early stage of hypoxia and altitude of 6 months after living in the plateau and living for 2 years, and to accumulate data for hypoxia physiology in the plateau. Methods: A total of 198 border policemen from 3 days to 7 days and 6 months of age and 48 healthy young people who migrated to an altitude of 4300m2 were tested for ABO blood group type at the same time while SaO2 was detected. Results: 80m 3 days to 7 days of healthy youth O, A blood SaO2 content was significantly higher than the B, AB blood type youth (P <0 1 or P <0 05), blood type B and type AB blood There was no significant difference in the content of SaO2 among young A, O, B, and AB blood samples (P> 0.05). (P <0.01). The content of SaO2 in O, A and B blood was significantly higher than that in AB blood (P <0.01), and the content of SaO2 in O, A and B blood was (P0.05) .Conclusion: The content of SaO2 in type A and type A blood after entering high altitude area is higher than that of type B and type AB blood, which indicates that the adaptability of type O and type A blood is higher than that of type B AB good blood type. After two years of migration at 5 3 80m above sea level and 6 months after migration at 43 0 0m, all four blood types A, O, B and AB were able to adapt and accustom to hypoxia. However, the content of SaO2 in AB blood was still lower than A , O, B blood type, with the sustained exposure to hypoxia, this phenomenon becomes apparent.
