原发性肺动脉高压病因不明,预后不良,目前尚无有效治疗方法。作者采用强力肺血管扩张剂酚妥拉明治疗1例取得良好效果。患者男性,29岁,因进行性加重的劳力性呼吸困难、眩晕、疲乏5个月住院。患者入院前6个月因中度用力而发作晕厥一次,1月后轻度活动即感疲乏、呼吸困难,仅能上半段楼梯或在平地走68.4m。体查:安静时无紫绀及痛苦表情,血压140/85mmHg,心率76次/分。双肺呼吸音清晰,心界不大,胸骨左缘下部可听到喷射性喀喇音,吸气时减弱。第2心音正常分裂伴肺动脉第2音亢进。胸骨左缘可听到第4心音
