目的:评估经咽鼓管鼓室注入激素治疗突聋的疗效。方法:对比研究激素经咽鼓管鼓室注入30例和经静脉滴注30例两组突聋疗效差异。结果:激素经咽鼓管鼓室注入途径有效率为83%,后者为60%,统计学分析有差异。结论:经咽鼓管鼓室注入激素治疗突聋疗效好,操作方便。
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of hormonal treatment of sudden deafness via eustachian tube tympanic cavity. Methods: A comparative study of hormones by eustachian tube tympanic injection of 30 cases and intravenous drip 30 cases of two groups of sudden deafness differences in efficacy. Results: The effective rate of hormones injected through the eustachian tube tympanic cavity was 83%, while the latter was 60%. Statistical analysis was different. Conclusion: Eustachian tube tympanum injection of hormone treatment of sudden deafness is effective and easy to operate.
