上海排水收费所作为上海市城市排有限公司的基层单位,肩负着上海这个2000万人口巨大城市的排水收费业务。近年来通过信息化建设,逐步形成了以收费管理信息系统为核心的软硬件管理平台,利用该平台,排水收费所收到转变管理职能、强化收费业务管理流程、严堵收费缺口与漏洞、完善员工考核体系、大幅提高工作效率的成效,同时为管理层的决策提供精确的数据支持,把“应收尽收,应征不漏”收费目标真正落到了实处。以下从几个方面来总结下信息化建设及应用的感受与心得。
