问:我在公司工作4年,今年9月7号公司找我茬,因为和部门管理不和,想辞掉我。公司派会计和我谈话,已经1个月了,现在公司说有两种选择:1.让我自己写自动离职报告,说写到12月底的,发我3个月工资,也算补偿。可是我有2个疑问,除了9月份本月的工资,还应该发我4个月工资才对吧,还有如果我签了自动离职,公司会不会找借口不支付辞去我的补偿?
Q: I work in the company for 4 years, September 7 this year, the company find me stubborn, and management because of discord, want to quit me. The company sent accounting and talk to me, it has been 1 month, and now the company said there are two options: 1. Let me write an automatic separation report, wrote the end of December, sent me three months salary, also considered compensation. However, I have 2 questions. Except for the salary of this month in September, I should still pay me 4 months’ salary. And if I sign the automatic departure, will the company not find an excuse not to pay me compensation?
