一、推广工作的地位总结前人和外人的经验,一个国家的经济要搞上去,很重要的有两条:一是科学技术及其成果的扩大使用(推广);一是科学管理。国内外的经验证明,往往科研成果很多,但推广很少,不能广泛应用于生产中去,因而不能形成生产力,促进经济的发展,使科研成果落空。所以推广工作是一个很重要的环节,是科研成果演变为直接生产力的强有力的杠杆,其地位是十分明显的。
