本文将一种自制水化热抑制剂与膨胀剂复合使用于砂浆体系,研究了该水化热抑制剂对膨胀砂浆早期强度发展、膨胀速率和3d水化放热曲线的影响,同时选取五种市售样进行了对比试验。结果表明,这六种水化热抑制剂均能有效延缓膨胀砂浆早期水化进程,胶凝材料水化放热峰出现时间延迟,3d总放热量降低13.7%;但大部分市售水化热抑制剂降低了膨胀砂浆3d抗压强度和限制膨胀率,自制水化热抑制剂对膨胀砂浆3d抗压强度无明显影响,7d限制膨胀率提高了16.3%,这说明自制的水化热抑制剂产品能有效调控膨胀砂浆强度和限制膨胀率的协调发展。
In this paper, a self-made hydration heat inhibitor and expander were used in mortar system. The effects of hydration heat inhibitor on the early strength expansion, swelling rate and 3d hydration exothermicity of expanded mortar were studied. Five kinds of Commercial samples conducted a comparative test. The results show that all six hydration heat inhibitors can delay the early hydration process of expansive mortar. The hydration exothermic peak of cementitious material appears time delay, and the total heat release in 3d decreases by 13.7%. However, most commercial hydration heat The inhibitor decreased the 3d compressive strength and the limited expansion rate of the expanded mortar. The self-made hydration heat inhibitor had no significant effect on the 3d compressive strength of the expanded mortar, and the limited expansion rate increased by 16.3% on the 7th day, indicating that the self-made hydration heat inhibitor Products can effectively control the expansion of mortar strength and the expansion of the coordinated development.
